Contest of joint Belarusian-Tajik scientific and technical projects for 2021-2022

In the framework of the Agreement  implementation between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on cooperation in the field of science and technology of April 5, 2000, as well as in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Protocol of the first meeting of the Joint Belarusian-Tajik working group on cooperation in science and technology of June 18, 2020, the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter - SCST) and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan announce the first contest of joint Belarusian-Tajik scientific and technical projects for 2021-2022 in the following priority areas of bilateral Belarusian-Tajik cooperation:


information and communication technologies and interdisciplinary technologies,

agricultural technology,

energy saving, renewable energy,

medicine and medical technology, pharmacy,

nano and biotechnology,

chemical technology

new materials

food security,

rational nature management, prevention and elimination of natural disasters aftermath,

water management technologies,

mining technology,

environmental protection.

Project implementation period is up to 2 years.

Applications for the contest are accepted from August 1 to October 4, 2020.

Applications must meet the requirements of the Regulation on international scientific and technical projects carried out within the framework of international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Resolution of the Republic of Belarus Council of Ministers of August 13, 2003 No. 1065.

To participate in the contest, it is necessary to fill out the forms established by the organizers and send them using electronic form with a cover letter from the state customer of the project to the State Committee on Science and Technology through IAS “Expertise” (a set of forms is attached).

We remind you that the application must contain:

business plan (for projects aimed at creating and/or mastering new technologies and/or types of products (works, services);

written obligations of the state customer and/or other interested parties for the practical use of the results of research and development obtained during the implementation of the project (for applied projects);

written obligations of the state customer and/or other interested parties to share in financing the costs of the project in the amount of at least 50 percent of the total amount of funds planned for these purposes (for projects within the framework of which it is planned to carry out experimental design and development work);

copy of the cooperation agreement with a foreign partner organization;

departmental examination certificate.
