Belarus and Saudi Arabia discussed prospects of scientific-technical cooperation

Belarus and Saudi Arabia are going to hold the first session of the joint commission on cooperation in science and technology in the beginning of 2019. This was discussed at the meeting of Alexander Shumilin, Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, and Raid Khalid Krimly, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Russian Federation. Besides, the parties agreed to determine priority areas of the further scientific-technical cooperation and announce the contest of Belarusian-Saudi scientific-technical projects.

The Belarusian-Saudi scientific-technical cooperation is held in accordance with the agreement between the governments of the both countries of April 13, 2017.
