Contest of joint Belarusian-Ukrainian scientific and technical projects for 2021-2022
As part of the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of science and technology of December 17, 1992, the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter - SCST) and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announce a competition of joint Belarusian-Ukrainian scientific and technical projects for 2021-2022 in the following priority areas of bilateral Belarusian-Ukrainian cooperation:
1. Digital information and communication and interdisciplinary technologies
2. Biotechnology (genomic and postgenomic, cellular, microbial, medical, industrial)
3. Diagnosis, medical prophylaxis and treatment of infectious, including viral etiology, and non-infectious diseases
4. Artificial tissues and organs
5. Personalized medicine
6. Pharmaceutical substances and medicines
7. Antarctic research in the field of natural sciences
Project implementation period is up to 2 years.
Acceptance of applications for the competition ends June 30, 2020
Applications for the competition must meet the requirements of the Regulation on international scientific and technical projects carried out within the framework of international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 13, 2003 No. 1065.
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to fill out the forms established by the organizers and send them with a cover letter from the state customer of the project to the State Committee on Science and Technology through IAS "Expertise" (a set of forms is attached).

We remind you that the application must contain:
a business plan (for projects aimed at creating and/or mastering new technologies and/or types of products (works, services);
written obligations of the state customer and/or other interested parties for the practical use of the results of research and development obtained during the implementation of the project (for applied projects);
written obligations of the state customer and/or other interested parties to share in financing the costs of the project in the amount of at least 50 percent of the total amount of funds planned for these purposes (for projects within the framework of which it is planned to carry out experimental design and development work);
a copy of the cooperation agreement with a foreign partner organization;
departmental examination certificate.
